Extraterrestrial car washing just landed in the US

The Martian Car Wash

The owners of the US-based Auto Spa Speedy Wash recently invested $1 million in renovations in order to become a very kid friendly car wash. Which will bring your kids to Mars and back.

Every kid loves the car wash. Or at least, most kids do. So why not open one which caters especially aimed at kids? Sure, their parents will bring their car along. But that’s the whole idea, isn’t it?

Recently, Auto Spa Speedy Wash decided to become The Martian Car Wash. According to the St. Louis Business Journal, owners Jeff and Page Adams invested a small fortune in order to turn their car wash east of St. Louis into an adventure.

There is a colored light show and an extraterrestrial theme which will bring you straight to the red planet and back. Still, it’s a pretty cheap ride. Washes start at five dollars. And a good wash it is, the owners promise. “Cleanliness is not science fiction”, their flashy website states.

All in all, Auto Spa Speedy Wash has 15 locations throughout St. Charles, St. Francois and Jefferson counties. The management plan to expand their Martian Car Wash brand this summer, with three more Auto Spa Speedy Washes on the list to be converted into the kid-friendly variety.

Timmermann Group, a Web and marketing firm, worked with Auto Spa Speedy Wash to develop the new branding concept, according to the local newspaper.
