Take 5 Car Wash Take 5

From a building with a steady stream of money to a building with a steady stream of water. Take 5 Car Wash is currently investigating if a former bank building in Florida can be turned into a car wash.

The 61-year-old Arlington bank, known for its distinctive facade, faces the redeveloping College Park shopping center near the Arlington Expressway. It is currently under contract for redevelopment as a car wash, Jacksonville Daily reports.

Take 5 Car Wash has plans to build a 125-foot tunnel on the site. The sale is not a done deal yet. According to an involved real estate agent, the contract is expected to be signed early next year.

Currently, Take 5 Car Wash operates in 20 states, including Florida. It does not have Northeast Florida locations yet.
The car wash brand is part of Driven Brands Inc. of Charlotte, North Carolina.
