Take 5 celebrates 8 renovated car washes in Ohio

Take 5 opens 8 renovated washes in Ohio Take 5

Take 5 Car Wash has opened eight renovated locations in the American state of Ohio. One of them is the largest car wash tunnel in Columbus, 145 foot (45 meters) long and equipped with 58 vacuum bays.

The tunnel was previously owned by Goo Goo Wash. They were the first car wash in Ohio to join the Driven Brands portfolio, the company that is behind Take 5 Car Wash. The car wash was closed for more than a month for renovation, resulting in many recent bad reviews by subscription customers. According to Take 5, the renovated tunnel has reopened on the 17th of November, as have the other renovated 7 car washes.

All converted sites are completely updated with new equipment and formulas, including a Ceramic Shield formula with UV Protection exclusive to Take 5 Car Wash and a new Tire Shine formula, according to a press release.

“Our Pro5 promise to customers from start to finish truly separates us from other washes in the area. There is a major difference in the services and products we are providing to our customers compared to others,” said Brandon Cook, Take 5 Car Wash regional director of operations.

Take 5 Car Wash has more than doubled its presence in Ohio since acquiring International Car Wash Group (ICWG) in August 2020.
