Benny’s Car Wash wins ‘company of the year’
Happy days in the state of Louisiana last week, where Benny’s Car Wash was awarded ‘Company of the Year’ by the Baton Rouge Business Report.
The family owned car wash business had to take it up against four other contestants, carefully selected by a panel of independent judges and presented at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
Benny’s has been operating in the US since 1951 and currently runs nine locations. Apart from a car wash, they sometimes also offer oil change and state inspections. Plus they run three B-Quik convenience stores with fueling stations.
Many more prices
It’s not the first price Benny’s has won. The company received many other awards and nominations like “Best Car Wash” from 225 magazine, “Best Family Car Wash” from Baton Rouge Parents magazine and “Best Places to Work” from the Baton Rouge Business Report.
“We’re still a locally owned and operated company here in Baton Rouge,” says Justin Alford, who is the current president of the International Car Wash Association and co-owner of Benny’s. “We hope to be here for many more years.”
