Inowa, the Austrian specialist in separation technology and wash water preparation plants, will be presenting it’s fully biological water treatment system C BIO at the trade fair UNITI.

With the new wash system by Inowa, the water is treated biologically in the basin in a sustainable and resource-saving way. The system is suitable to all convenient washwater filtration units and, according to Inowa, has a lot of advantages. Besides clear, odorless water, the system has a maintenance-free fixed-bed bioreactor and both the wash system and filters have a long service life. But above all is sustainable and resource-saving.

INOWA offers their solution in pre fabricated concrete basins as well as export friendly variant for installation in concrete tanks made on site.

The latest installations of the system have been a wash tunnel system in Dubai and a roll over car wash in Upper Austria. At this site the system is also used for preparation of self service car wash.

“There are a lot of differences between a conventional system and our system”, ing. Klaus Steiner of Inowa recentely explained to Carwashpro. “A conventional system consists of a sludge trap, an aeration basin and a filtration unit. These systems have been used for a long time../ /..But the professional car wash business has completely changed. In the case of an express car wash system, the amount of chemicals used is often four times higher. This has a big influence on the recycling system. In my opinion the use of fully biological wastewater treatment is essential for professional car wash.”
