Tidal Wave Express partners with Club Car Wash
The name Tidal Wave Express will soon be removed from eight operating car washes around St. Louis. The express-part of the company has been taken over by Club Car Wash and will soon be rebranded as such. The same will happen to a new Tidal Wave car wash, currently under construction in St. Charles.
“We are excited to add these high-quality locations and people to the Club Car Wash family and expand our growth in the St. Louis market”, says CEO Rollie Bartels.
Tidal Wave CEO, Mace Nosovitch, added: “partnering with the Wildcat Capital Management team and Club Car Wash felt like the right next step in the evolution of Tidal Wave Express Car Wash.”
The transaction excludes three full service Tidal Wave Wash Center car washes with convenience stores and fuel stations. It’s unclear what will happen with the other planned Tidal Wave Express car washes. On their website they claim to have 38 more express car washes in the pipeline, with locations and all.
The deal brings Club Car Wash’s express car wash portfolio to 109 operating locations throughout the Central United States with plans to reach nearly 140 locations in 2022.
