Loogman and Mr. Wash inspiration for new huge location in America

Cheetah Clean Auto Wash has started building one of the largest carwashes in America. The facility, inspired by Loogman’s location in Amsterdam and Mr. Wash in Stuttgart, will open in Kentucky at the end of this year.

The Cheetah carwash measures almost 1,000 square metres, has a 42-metre long car wash and an interior conveyor belt where cars are cleaned in eight minutes. There are also twelve vacuuming spots for those who prefer to work on the interior themselves.

Car Wash Tour

Owner Jeff Fields says that the setup of the new location is based on what he saw during a car wash tour in Europe. “I visited Mr Wash in Stuttgart (Germany) and Loogman in Amsterdam (the Netherlands),” he says. There he saw that a focus on cleaning inside and out according to efficient processes – like with a conveyor belt.

Cheetah Clean Auto Wash (so called because of its fast washing) is part of J. Warner Ventures Inc. The holding company has several locations across the state of Kentucky. The mega location will be in Bowling Green. According to the company, there is no bigger car wash in a radius of over 300 kilometres.

The interior belt will soon be manned by sixteen employees who will vacuum, wipe down all hard surfaces and clean the windows inside.

Fifteen years in the making

The new J. Warner headquarters will also be located in Bowling Green. Owner Fields calls the new building a milestone. “This makes concrete a vision we’ve been working on for about fifteen years,” Fields says. Cheetah Clean Auto Wash’s growth is no accident, he explains, but is due to its “unique company culture” and level of service.

Fields takes another moment to thank all the customers. Cheetah has 15,000 members who get unlimited washing.
