Car detailing in VR just became a reality
In the past we have written about car washing and car detailing simulations on Sony PlayStation and the like. But now you can actually experience detailing in 3D, without leaving your couch. If you own an Oculus, try the new Car Detailing Simulator VR.
In the videogame Car Detailing Simulator VR players can expect a realistic experience with three types of treatments, each requiring specific tools and techniques to get the cleaning job done. You can actually choose from a range of dirtiness levels, to ensure a satisfying result.
Players will have access to a comprehensive set of tools and accessories, including a lift and rack in a modern garage, to get the job done.
Running a shop
It’s not just about the detailing. Players can also manage their own shop, taking on new orders and earning money to build their business. And with ten classic and modern cars to choose from, there’s plenty of variety and opportunity for players to hone their skills and become the ultimate car detailing expert.
And did we tell you about the ‘ammunition system’, which adds an extra layer of challenge and strategy? Players must carefully manage their resources to complete each task.
Inital reviews of the game have not been raving, so far. And be honest, nothing beats the real experience.
