Spotless has a new CEO
Spotless Brands has appointed John Standley as the companyā€™s new CEO. He succeeds Russ Reynolds, who will serve as an operating advisor to the company and a board member.
Standley brings over 30 years of service organization experience to Spotless. He has expertise in strategic development, operations, business transformation, unit growth through both acquisitions and de novo site development, and customer relationship management, including loyalty programs and capital markets.
“I am eager to build on the incredible work that has already been accomplished by Russ and the full team at Spotless Brands”, he said in a press release. “Looking ahead, I have full confidence that we will continue to push the boundaries of innovation and drive Spotless Brandsā€™ growth to new heights.”
Walgreens
Standley joins the Spotless Brands team as CEO and as a member of the Board of Directors after previously serving as the executive vice president of Walgreens Boots Alliance and president of Walgreens, where he led the $100 billion U.S. retail pharmacy segment. This included all aspects of the Walgreens drugstore and specialty pharmacy businesses.
During Standleyā€™s tenure, Walgreens rapidly expanded its immunization and testing capabilities and launched several initiatives to improve the customer experience.
Spotless Brands was established in 2019 by Access Holdings. It’s one of the fastest growing and largest car wash platforms in the United States. The company currently operates 151 car washes across the country. They do this in partnership with Cobblestone Auto Spa, Okie Express Auto Wash, Flagship Carwash, and Ultimate Shine Car Wash.
