Kärcher launches its own podcast

German cleaning products manufacturer Kärcher is launching its own podcast. Every month, the podcast will cover a selected topic. The second episode will be about a car wash, we’ve been told.

Kärcher launched its own corporate podcast this month, called “Clean.” Each month, during 30 minute episodes, the hosts will cover a variety of topics and projects from the world of Kärcher.
Apart from it being a PR-tool, the German company also wants to use the medium to bring across its corporate values such as sustainability, innovation or digitalization. The reports focus on people and their impressive projects,” Kärcher explained to CarwashPro.

Reverse graffiti

In the first episode, presenter Julia Meyer reported on reverse graffiti artist Klaus Dauven, who 15 years ago transformed the wall of the Olef Dam (in the Eiffel National Park) into an art project. The artist also used high-pressure lances on other dams and reservoirs, among other things, to create a work of art when cleaning the surface.

Kärcher devotes its second podcast episode to the car wash industry. In March, the Kärcher Clean Park Eco in Dettenhausen will be presented.
Mind you, the podcast is in the German language. There are currently no plans for an English variant.
