International Drying Corporation (IDC) becomes a part of National Carwash Solutions (NCS). In what has been called ‘a strategic acquisition’, the Illinois-based company will bring a lot of knowledge into NCS. 

Their machines have alluring names like Stealth Predator, King Cobra and Back Blaster and the people of the IDC are seen as the ‘car drying experts’ the world over.  Apart from that, IDC also has a flat belt conveyor systems division, sells control panels and is a trusted supplier of components.

Expertise

According to National Carwash Solutions the acquisition brings a wealth of expertise to the NCS family. “We are thrilled to welcome International Drying Corporation into the NCS family”,  said Jesse Wurth, CEO of NCS. “This strategic move allows us to strengthen our business line and offer an unparalleled bundled solution to our valued customers. The expertise and dedication of the IDC team will bolster our commitment to excellence and innovation.”

The addition of IDC’s best-in-class suite of dryer products, including the Black Widow, Stealth and Stealth Predator lines, and its new King Cobra flat belt conveyor system, enhances NCS’s ability to offer a differentiated and comprehensive range of solutions.

IDC’s CEO Art Stephens  joins NCS as part of the acquisition. “After 42 years in this industry, partnering with NCS and its incredible team is a tremendous privilege,” he said in a press release.
