Damage prevention

A 360 scan before every car wash

A 360 picture of each car entering the wash

As car wash owners you have probably all been there: customers complaining the car wash has scratched their precious vehicle. If you want to avoid the disruptions, frustrations and extra costs you might want to consider investing in a Watch-it system from the aptly called security company Big Brother.

Their Watch-it offers a 360-degree scan of each vehicle before it enters the car wash. Which means that previous damage on cars can be easily identified, should this later become necessary.

The images are linked to the transaction and license plate and clearly show whether the vehicle was already damaged before entering the car wash. This means no more unpleasant surprises at the car wash. At least, for the car wash owner.

Watch-it can also be used to increase security at gas stations and car washes, as well as improve customer satisfaction and work with customers at the car wash.

Fraud prevention

Sometimes, dissatisfied car wash customers get offered a free second wash by the staff. But this also creates the risk of fraud for unwarranted re-washes. By filming the entering cars and checking to see if it has already been washed that day, you can easily detect unwarranted re-washes.

Watch-It uses high-resolution cameras to check the condition of a customer’s vehicle prior to the car wash. In the event of an unjustified claim, this allows the owner to compare the condition of the vehicle before and after the wash. Legitimate claims can then be processed quickly and can easily be distinguished from unjustified ones.
Improved buying experience

License plate recognition

Another feature of the software is fully automated payment based on license plate recognition. “Just Start to Wash” offers noticeable customer convenience. Watch-It ‘remembers’ the favorite washing program of each customer. Of course, the customer still has to confirm the purchase.
