Busy weekend ahead in many car washes
Now that the winter weather is over in many West and North European countries, it will be a busy weekend in the car wash. The Belgian Professional Vehicle Cleaning Association (BBRV) even recommends going to the car wash right now.
According to the BBRV, the underbody of the car and the wheel arches have had a particularly hard time. The Belgian association points out the importance of a good bottom rinse.
It is not possible to clean the bottom by hand and therefore a visit to the car wash is necessary for efficient cleaning.
With a underbody wash program, the wheel arches are also properly cleaned at the same time and salt and debris is removed properly.
Sustainable
“Therefore, we even recommend people who never go to a car wash to do so now,” the industry association says in the newspaper the Gazet van Antwerpen.
They also point out that in a professional car wash rinse water is collected, purified and reused instead of simply going down the drain. So it’s also a much more sustainable way of washing your car.
