Caramba becomes Berner Wash
Chemical specialist Caramba will be integrated into the Berner Group. The European retail company will initially use this approach as a pilot project in Germany and the Netherlands.
According to a press release, Berner is planning to integrate the wash products and the Caramba team into the new Berner Wash brand. This involves many changes for Caramba. “The wash business will now run entirely under Berner . Products under the Caramba brand will continue to be sold in other business areas,” explains Kyrill Strunk, Head of Sales Mobility Wash.
“We want to supply our B2B customers with the best chemical products in the industry,” says Peter Schmidt, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) of the Berner Group. “By joining forces, we are now underlining this claim even more firmly in the cleaning segment. Caramba has long been one of the absolute top players in the car wash sector in both Germany and the Netherlands. The closer integration with Berner will result in numerous synergies that will enable us to grow even stronger together.”
The newly established organization combines Caramba’s know-how, established research and development capacities and high manufacturing quality with Berner’s personal advice, 24/7 omni-channel sales offer, digital infrastructure and premium full product range.
