Eagle Truck Wash in Coachella in flames

Firefighters responded to a report of a fire in a single-story car wash structure

Big black clouds of smoke were forming above the roof of Eagle Truck Wash in Coachella last Wednesday. No one got hurt but the damage is extensive.

Firefighters responded to a report of a fire in a single-story car wash structure. It turned out to be Eagle Truck Wash, an enormous building with two bays dedicated to big vehicles like trucks, tractors and buses.

The firefighters had to close the nearby Dillon Road in order to have enough space for their vehicles.

Eagle’s website says that the Coachella location in California will remain closed for the foreseeable future. “It is closed as of June 19th 2024 due to an electrical fire, we are unsure when we will be back open due to major damages.”

Seven locations

Eagle Truck Wash has been a trusted name in the Truck Wash industry since 1987. The company is running seven car washes across the country. Their biggest truck washes are found in Chicago, Stone Ridge and Coachella. They all offer two bays and a washout pad.
