Meet the entry-level car wash from Kärcher

The CW 1 Klean!Fit is compact and yet complete

Kärcher is expanding its portfolio in vehicle washing with an affordable and space-saving gantry car wash. According to Kärcher, the new CW 1 Klean!Fit gantry car wash is especially suited for car dealerships and garages that want to generate additional profit through service washes.

Kärcher’s latest baby fits into small car washes with a minimum length of around 8.40 meters. Because of the shorter distance between the brush axes and the shallow installation depth, the wash system is perfect for existing wash bays.

With this length, even longer cars and vehicles should be able to get a wash, despite the compact design. Kärcher offers the car wash in three different wash heights: 2.30, 2.60 and 2.90 meters.

Equipment from the Classic line

The CW Klean1Fit gantry washer features wheel washers, side and roof brushes and numerous wash program options from Kärcher’s Classic line. These include shampoo wash, drying aids, active foam, wax and polish.
A separate foam sheet and extra metering pump ensure that the cleaning agents are mixed. According to information from Kärcher, the combined use of the high-pressure pump is key here, since at 16 bar it can be used for both high-pressure and low-pressure washing. No additional supply pump is required for brush watering.

Low investment

By concentrating on the essential functions, the CW Klean1Fit is particularly well suited for car dealerships and garages. The reliable washing and drying result ensures profitable additional business.

With this gantry car wash, Kärcher is offering a new model in the entry-level car wash business. The combination of convincing washing results with low maintenance requirements, low investment and minimal operating costs makes this new washing system an interesting choice for those who are just getting started in the washing business.
