Ultimate Shine hooks up with Spotless

Maintenance is key

Ultimate Shine Car Wash has partnered with Spotless Brands in order to accelerate their expansion plans in the US. The car wash platform Spotless is owned by Access Holdings, who plan to provide capital investment, technology innovation and operational support.

Ultimate Shine currently has 17locations across Tennessee, West Virginia and Virginia but wants to expand into new geographies.

Spotless Brands, basically a car wash aggregator, will help Ultimate Shine to open new sites across the United States by providing capital investment and innovation in technology.

They see Ultimate Shine as an operator uniquely positioned to scale and build a business within its market. Mainly thanks to its actionable pipeline of over 30 opportunities, besides its current locations.

Great lengths

“Spotless went to great lengths to understand our business and develop a forward-thinking plan for sustainable expansion that synergizes both companies’ strengths”, said David Wild, founder and president of Ultimate Shine. “We are excited to be entering this agreement with a partner that has operational best practices and strategies to further scale our business.”

Future

Ultimate Shine Car Wash started 17 years ago by David Wild. The new partnership aims to grow its business to over 50 locations by 2023.

Spotless’ portfolio includes 120 washes via several brands such as Cobblestone Auto Spa, Okie Express Auto Wash, Flagship Car Wash and Ultimate Shine Car Wash.

The brand expects to add two or four designated marketing areas this year and hopes to reach 250 car wash locations within the next year.
