Quick Quack takes over Utah’s Gorilla Car Wash
The largest car wash chain in the US state of Utah has just aquired Gorilla Car Wash. All four locations will soon be rebranded and remodeled to a Quick Quack Car Wash.
The acquisition of the Gorilla washes (‘voted best car wash 14 years in a row’) brings the total number of operating locations for Quick Quack in Utah to 47. They now also operate in the cities of Herriman (two locations) and Lehi. The fourth acquired location will complement an existing Quick Quack location in South Jordan.
The first new location in Herriman will reopen in September. The other three locations will be opened with festivities in the weeks that follow. Later this year, Quick Quack plans to open two additional Lehi locations.
Fundraisers
In addition to the openings, there will be various fundraisers, where customers will be able to preview the car wash prior to the official grand opening and receive the Best (Lucky Duck) wash for free.
Quick Quack Car Wash frequently sponsors local events and athletic programs, including facilitating and contributing to community groups’ fundraising efforts.
The company started in 2004 in California and now operates over 155 washes throughout the Southwest. Quick Quack Car Wash is repeatedly named the ‘favorite’ or ‘best car wash’ in the areas where it operates. It also has been recognized for sustainable business practices and water conservation.
