Tommy’s new headquarters costs 30 million dollar
In Holland, USA, they have just started building the new headquarters of VisionQuest, the parent company behind Tommy’s Car Wash Systems, Tommy’s Express and Quality Car Wash. The building will cost around $30 million and will be over 25,000 square feet.
Parent company VisionQuest Companies wants to move into the new offices in the state of Michigan by the end of 2022. Owner Ryan Essenburg said in a statement, ““Given the recent growth of our operations, we see an expanded headquarters as a continued commitment to our valuable team members. We also anticipate an upgraded space as a means to broaden our impact.”
VisionQuest is the parent company of Tommy Car Wash Systems, Tommy’s Express and Quality Car Wash. Tommy’s Express is the seventh largest car wash brand in the country, with 68 franchise current locations and another 220 locations in development, the company said. Tommy’s first car wash opened in 1969, now the company has about 250 employees – that doesn’t include the franchisees and their employees.
The building will feature a large warehouse, fabrication, and logistics center, two stories of modern office space, and ample room for events and employee collaboration with venders and customers. The focal point of the building is a two-story, round office that will feature training and technical support areas for Tommy’ Express franchise partners.
“The design of the building is intended to show our franchise partners and employees that they are the center of our business. The space is all about supporting them as they deliver a world-class car wash experience.” Said Alex Lemmen, CEO of Tommy’s Express and Tommy Car Wash Systems.
