An 18-year-old car wash worker became an overnight internet sensation when she turned the tables on a rude customer who threw a drink at her.
The incident happened at a local American car wash in Fischer, Indiana. Anna Harycki was busy with her jet wash. The CCTV-video captured the moment when a plastic cup filled with lemonade was thrown at the teenager while she was power washing a white sedan.

She doesn’t hesitate, aims her jet wash at the open window of the customer’s vehicle and pays the driver right back, before returning to her regular duty as if nothing happened.
“I was loading the car like I did with so many cars before that, making sure they safely entered the car wash belt,” Harycki told What’sTheJam.
“Once I pulled the car in all the way, I put the numbers into the system so they got the car wash they paid for.”

The clip, which went viral after the incident on February 3, has since then garnered worldwide attention on all social media platforms. She even made Fox News.
In most reactions, people side with Harycki. So did her employer, who gave the disrespectful customer a lifelong ban. The student feels fortunate that her employer supported her and took measures to ensure a safe workplace.
