Car wash supplier DiBO has presented a car wash app. Not for car owners but for car wash owners. With this app, managers can operate the car wash, select and start programs directly from their smartphone.

The DiBO app also offers customers the opportunity to purchase credits per session and track credit usage. “Unlike competitors who only offer mobile payment options, DiBO’s app provides a comprehensive overview of transactions,” says the Belgium-based company.

Advantages for operators

For self-service car wash operators, the app offers numerous functions that can improve the business on various levels.

  • Customization and control: Easily adjust settings, view alarms and reset the car wash – directly via the app.
  • Extensive data access: Access detailed income and usage data to refine business strategies. This includes all revenue sources such as cash, tokens, NFC payments and online funds.
  • Insights and analytics: Overview of average spend per wash, payment types and frequently used services, export data to Excel for further analysis or integration into other systems.
