FastLane introduces subscription car wash program
FastLane will launch a monthly subscription car wash service next year. The Missouri based company operates 18 car washes at their convenience stores throughout the state.
By offering their customers a flat fee, frictionless and contactless car wash, FastLane hopes to increase recurring revenue for the business.
FastLane was founded in 1972 and is a subsidiary of Warrenton Oil Co. It is a growing, family-owned convenience store chain with nearly 1,000 employees. The company operates 55 stores in central and eastern Missouri.
The subscription will be offered through the existing FastLane app. For the update, they partnered with Liquid Barcodes, a marketing technology company specializing in loyalty programs.
Several packages
From next year, customers will be able to select from several car wash subscription packages, add-ons, or one-time washes for a contactless car wash experience.
“Subscription programs for car wash, coffee, and many beverages and food products are an excellent way for convenience and car wash retailers to build sustainable customer loyalty as well as develop a recurring revenue business model”, according to Saurabh Swarup of Liquid Barcodes. “We are incredibly proud to deliver a technology solution that increases customer traffic, revenue and profitability of the car wash program for FastLane Convenience Stores.”
The updated app will be launched in the first quarter of 2023.
