Tommy’s Car Wash Systems is launching a new subscription-based maintenance deal called Direct Service Program. It’s available for American car wash owners who have purchased equipment from the company. They will get on-demand service and assistance with any wash-related maintenance projects.

The goal of Tommy Car Wash Systems new service product is to ensure customers’ car washes are operating at optimal performance. Often, routine maintenance work will prevent an unforeseen downtime of a wash. Downtime costs money, after all.

Monthly, quarterly or anual

Depending on how busy your car wash is, you can choose a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription package.
Tommy’s maintenance team will then schedule routine visits, where the technician will inspect the equipment and act accordingly. If it looks like a part will soon break down, it’s changed or repaired instantly.
Car wash owners with a subscription will also receive a report of the inspection and the repairs, and the Tommy team will go over it ‘with a high level of detail’.

Emergency service

Furthermore, the new subscription program will provide emergency service. So whenever a part of your equipment breaks or the wash goes down, the direct service team will send out a technician to your location within 24 hours. They will then troubleshoot the issue and get the wash up and running again, as quick as possible.

“We realize there is a need for enhanced support to our customers who trust and believe in our products,” says Tommy’s president Ryan Essenburg. “To best support our customers we’re thrilled to launch this new service to help guide and educate our customers and their operations.”

Tommy Car Wash Systems is based in Holland, Michigan. They provide modular building designs, robust stainless steel car wash equipment and high performance wash detergents, among other things related to car washing.
