Wash World is building a new factory
Wash World is expanding its manufacturing facility in De Pere, Wisconsin. The expansion will double the production capacity of the US-based in-bay automatic vehicle wash manufacturer.
According to an article on Auto Laundry News, the demand for Wash World products keeps growing. The new location will be a 50,000-square-foot building. Opening is planned for late spring 2024.
“The decision to expand our facilities is a testament to the unwavering support and loyalty of our customers and the dedication of our hardworking team,” said Pete Jensen, co-owner of Washworld “This expansion represents an exciting milestone for us, enabling us to better serve our customers and reinforce our position as a market leader.”
Eco-friendly
According to Wash World, the new facility will be ‘state-of-the-art’ and feature ‘cutting-edge technologies to optimize operational efficiency’. The new expansion will be designed with eco-friendly features, reducing the environmental impact. With additional space, the company aims to improve customer service and satisfaction by offering a wider range of products and ensuring faster turnaround times.
Though Wash World started with just one touch-free system, it now offers three touch-frees and one friction unit. The current business plan calls for the addition of ancillary items so the company can offer complete packages and be a one-stop shop for distributors and end customers.
Wash World currently has 96 distributors worldwide. They are active in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East.
