Women in Carwash turns 10

Group photo of the sold out 9th addition of Women In Carwash conference.

The Women in Carwash conference will celebrate its 10th birthday in Utah this summer. The conference will be held between June 16-18 in the Hilton Salt Lake City Centre. Among the speakers you will find Connie-Lee Bennet, Diana Stafford and Lisa Romaniuk.

Only last month attendees from nearly 40 companies from across the U.S. and Canada came to Florida. They engaged for two-and-a-half days in meaningful discussions and workshops for the 9th edition of Women in Carwash. The event was sold out months in advance.

The same will probably happen with the summer edition, which marks the 10th birthday of the female-lead conference.

As recently as a decade ago the presence of women in leadership positions in the car wash industry was negligible. Today, more than 20 percent of the leaders in the car wash industry are women. And their numbers are growing.

ModWash

Head to Utah if you want to stay in the loop on this gender revolution in the car wash business. The Hilton Salt Lake City Centre will host three days of talks, presentations, workshops and breakout sessions.

On the opening night on June 16 there will be a cocktail reception, followed by a dinner party and a keynote speech by Karen Hutton. This will be a great informal way to meet new faces, according to the organization.

As a CEO of ModWash and Hutton Build, she knows a thing or two about growth and investment. ModWash is one of the fastest-growing car wash companies in the country. In the first 30 months, ModWash will operate 80 locations in 9 states from the North East to the South tip of Florida.

Workshops

In the following two days there will be presentations, workshops and network breaks. Some titles are really promising and go far beyond car washing. We especially look forward to the workshop Prioritizing Wellness & Mastering Time.
