Mywashtec.com consists of four parts, described below. The new internet platform my.WashTec.com combines digital developments to make the work of operators easier.
- my.carwash: This is the remote access to the car wash. It enables a continuous overview of a system’s performance figures, instant notifications of system failures and other information that can be requested digitally without having to be on site.
- my.shop: WashTec’s online shop is integrated into the platform. Spare parts, AUWA products, additional products and extensive marketing material can be ordered digitally. Buyers get a discount compared to other ordering methods through the platform.
- my.EasyCarWash: The EasyCarWash customer app is also integrated into the platform. This makes customer management simple and digital. The EasyCarWash app increases sales and profits, regardless of weather conditions.
- my.SmartSite: The system control of a WashTec car wash is also possible via the web portal. Suppliers have remote access to the system, gates can be operated and temperature and lighting installations can be controlled digitally. New wash programs can also be created remotely within minutes and are immediately available.
Retrofit
In order to use mywashtec.com, systems without remote access or older systems can be upgraded for free. Sensors are attached at the necessary points and an internet module is set up. WashTec offers the conversion and conversion of the required technology free of charge. Existing customers can also use the internet platform for free.
