Today is the first of two days of the Dutch trade show Tankstation Vakbeurs in Utrecht. Here’s a few essential stops on your route, as a visitor. From roasted apple-scented foam to intelligent vacuuming.
Stipt Polish Point

ERGOX
“Vacuum efficiently and make money? The introduction of the latest ERGOX software version Generation 3 makes vacuuming more efficient,” says ERGOX. With their latest version, operators have access to energy management, pipe and hose direction, turbine balance system, data communication module and POS indication per vacuum station.
For the car wash customer, the ERGOX Kiosk offers additional features for a fee. Including: correct tire pressure, refill windshield wiper fluid, use window cleaner and interior cleaner with a glove and apply tire cleaner and gloss. The kiosk also features a glove dispenser, a payter for payment and debit card top-up and an interactive display with explanations for use. Everything is controlled from a central master unit.

Koch-Chemie
Theme days are increasingly successful within the car wash industry. For example, recently the well-attended Halloween events took place in various car washes. “The holiday season offers car wash operators yet another opportunity to surprise customers,” says Koch-Chemie. “That is why we are offering Active Foam X-Mas again this year. This active foam has a winter perfume of roasted apple with cinnamon and can be used as foam and shampoo in all types of car washes and wash boxes.”
Also featured at the show is the new Shield & Gloss Wax. “This wax fills in micro-scratches and offers a long-lasting high gloss with extreme water-repellent effect. Its lightning-fast water breaking and microbead-free drying make the product extremely suitable for high-tempo applications in busy car washes. TSG Solutions
“The development of charging stations has advanced tremendously in recent years, but the payment system around charging stations has not changed,” said TSG Solutions. “This brings great challenges to meet the European requirements around charging stations.” For this reason, TSG is introducing a new and progressive product called ChargePay. In which the starting point is that all payment options must be possible.
