Rinsed hooks up with Spot AI

Rinsed: the Car Wash CRM

Rinsed has recently integrated its systems with Spot AI. By combining license plate recognition (LPR) data from Spot AI with transactional and customer data from Rinsed, it has become easier for car washes to segment their customers more effectively. 

This makes developing customized marketing strategies a breeze and will help to hopefully convert retail customers into loyal customers. Thanks to the cooperation, entrepreneurs can now build tailored and automated marketing campaigns, such as retail loyalty programs, winback campaigns and more.

Currently offered at no additional cost to customers of both Rinsed and Spot AI, this integration is an addition to their existing service packages and is already being leveraged across multiple car washes.

In a pilot test, Rinsed and Spot AI successfully matched approximately 1,500 unique license plates per location each month.

Later this month,  Rinsed and Spot AI integration will present a live demonstration. It’s to be held on May 22, 2024, at 12pm ET.
