Mesa Coatings becomes Indufast
Indufast has acquired Mesa Coatings. With this strategic take-over, the supplier of industrial floor coatings and materials aims to further strengthen its position in the market.
Indufast, based in the Dutch town of Bladel, is a well-known company when it comes to industrial floor coatings. The acquisition of Mesa Coatings is a milestone for the company. “It allows us to strengthen our position in the market and expand our product range to meet the growing demand of our customers,” said Joost Hermans, managing director of Indufast. “We are delighted to welcome a number of Mesa Coatings employees to the Indufast family and look forward to working together to achieve our common goals.”
Relocation
As part of the acquisition, Indufast will relocate its operational activities to a new address in Bladel. According to the company, this move marks a new chapter in Indufast’s history. Hermans: “Our new location in Bladel not only offers us room to grow, but also enables us to optimize our operational processes and further improve our service to customers. We are convinced that this move will contribute to strengthening our competitive position and delivering more value to our customers.”
