Falcon keeps growing

Autowaspark Kuzee is being converted to a Falcon car wash.

Dutch car wash company Falcon Carwash has taken over yet another company. The Kuzee Shell gas station Souburg in Zeeland will be completely converted to Falcon’s unmanned washing concept. The company expects to grow to 12 locations in 2024.

The five wash bays and two rollovers in Souburg will be replaced by new wash installations from WashTec. A higher machine will also be installed, so that not only cars but also buses and other big cars can be washed at this location. “This way we can further broaden the clientele at all our locations,” says owner Diederik de Klerk.

Falcon Carwash and the adjacent Kuzee Shell gas station operate separately. “Because we have a completely unmanned washing concept, it can coexist just fine,” he says. Like the other locations, the carwash will be operated from a control room. The cooperation with supplier CMPS will allow customers to pay 24/7 contactless: by bank card, license plate washing, subscriptions and wash cards.

Further growth

This acquisition brings Falcon to seven wash locations with wash boxes and/or rollovers. And that’s not all: the company has announced it is busy with five more acquisitions. “That means we’re going to twelve locations this year. We’re going full throttle,” De Klerk said.

The renovation in Souburg-Ritthem will begin in April. The carwash is expected to open around early May.
