Mint Eco Car Wash has a new COO
With Duncan Davis, American car wash company Mint Eco has a new chief operating officer. The company in Palm Beach County also took on a new chief capital markets officer and a new vice president of construction.
With more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Duncan is a seasoned operations leader who has managed some of the largest companies in the field. At Mint Eco, Davis will be responsible for all site-level operations, sales, facilities, recruitment, and development.
“When I came across this opportunity, what intrigued me most was the description of the company culture and values, which included ‘vigorous debate, clear and honest communication, and trust’, ” said Davis about his positive first contact with Mint Eco.
Palm Beach
Mint Eco Car Wash and Detail Center is primarily operating in Palm Beach County, where it was founded in 2019. Since then, Mint Eco has grown to over 100 employees and has washed hundreds of thousands of cars.
The company currently operates three car washes in Palm Beach County, owns 10 car wash properties, and plans to develop 50 locations over the next several years.
To achieve their goals, they recently expanded their leadership team. Besides Davis, they also took Richard Leonard (Chief Capital Markets Officer), and Alan Barber (Vice President of Construction) aboard.
Davis and Leonard will be members of the “C-Team” and responsible not only for their departments but also for the strategic direction and overall growth of Mint Eco. Barber will be leading critical construction efforts.
