How to get the bugs off

This does not only give flies a headache..

As the flowers bloom, so do insects. But how to get them off your grille, once flies took a wrong turn? Often, cleaning is harder than you think. Luckily, the car wash industry came up with special cleaners, such as Caramba’s Crawumm Ultimate insect remover.

In spring and summer, insect residues are among the most common types of soiling on vehicles. A great deal of effort is therefore spend in car washes to remove insects from windows, grilles and headlights. Sometimes the residue has dried up and turns out hard to remove.

A normal washing program might not be enough, which then leads to unsatisfied customers. Cleaning agent manufacturer Caramba has found a solution for this:  Crawumm Ultimate. A pre-wash that makes a difference.

Get rid of the flies on your grille.

60 seconds max

Car wash operators should pay attention to a few things when using it. “Our Crawumm Ultimate is unbeatable, especially for bee droppings”, says a spokesman of Caramba. “After application, scrubbing is no longer necessary. The residues can be easily removed. For normal use, we recommend mixing the cleaner in a ratio of 1:20 to 1:150 with water. If intensive cleaning is necessary due to stubborn insect residues, the ratio should be 1:5 to 1:20. After application, the cleaner should be removed within 60 seconds and then rinsed off with lots of water.”

According to Caramba, the secret lies in the formula. “The combination of high alkalinity and a special active formula with a powerful protein and grease-decomposing effect provides the superior cleaning performance of Crawumm Ultimate”, the company states. “The active formula infiltrates the insect dirt and thus removes its adhesion to the glass and paint. In addition, Crawumm is easy to apply and leaves no traces on plastic or paint.”

Truth be told, Caramba is far from the only cleaning manufacturer that supplies insect removers. Companies like Turtle, Spectro and McKee’s do a similar decent job. But no one beats Caramba when it comes to the product name. Flying creatures gladly take a detour when they hear about Crawumm Ultimate.
