Mister Car Wash improved their app
Mister Car Wash gave their famed Mister App a big overhaul. According to the Arizona based car wash company, the new app provides on-the-spot options and service and directs you to the nearest Mister Car Wash inside the USA.
The company states they listened to their customers and then integrated their needs into the new app.
“Developing the new, easy-to-use Mister App was a dream realized”, says Patsy Nations, senior marketing manager, digital platforms. “We researched best-in-class apps, as well as customer desires, and then we created and tested until we could provide a streamlined experience that can satisfy everyone’s carwash needs.”
The migration from the old to the new app is already in progress. According to Nations, this process so far has been seamless. “I’ve heard positive feedback since we rolled it out. We are experiencing an increase in membership subscriptions to boot, which is fantastic.”
With the new app it is possible to purchase a single wash or a membership that can be used at any of the over 430 Mister Car Wash locations throughout the country.
The new app is available for both Apple and Android.
