JET updates Mannheim car wash
JET has refurbished and extended the former StarWash site in Mannheim, Germany. The company not only offers conveyor washing but has updated the car wash with self-service wash bays including air guns and vacuum cleaners.
To celebrate the new car wash, the company is currently offering their most expensive program for a reduced price. “Up to and including February 29, you can get my best wash for just 9 euros!”, says local manager Tayfun Cimen. “We are very pleased about the complete and attractive range of car care services that we are offering”, he adds.
The JET car wash in Mannheim uses chemical products by their regular partner SONAX. The latter also provide microfiber cloths for those wanting to further detail their vehicles.
Self-service
JET is considered a legendary company in automotive Germany. They started as a gas station along the Horner Landstrasse in Hamburg, back in 1970 and revolutionized the business by inventing self-service in 1974. The company has been voted ‘Germany’s most popular gas station brand’ multiple times by satisfied customers.
Nowadays the company is part of the US conglomerate Phillips 66. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, it processes and markets petroleum products in over 15 countries. The mother company employs around 14,000 people worldwide and operates over 9,000 branded filling stations.
