Truck destroys self-service car wash in Germany
In Germany, a truck driver demolished the car wash after washing his vehicle. He apparently did not notice how a cleaning hose got caught in his vehicle and simply drove off.
On a Sunday morning in early December, a 44-year-old truck driver wanted to clean his vehicle at a car wash in Barchfeld-Immelborn. After he had finished washing, he got into his vehicle and drove off. Apparently, he did not notice that his hose from the car wash had become caught in his vehicle. The result was a tear in the construction of the cleaning hose.
Even after the accident, the driver did not notice the damage, as he continued his journey undeterred. Thanks to the video recordings on site, however, his identity and guilt have been clearly established. There is no information about the amount of damage yet. The investigation is still ongoing.
