Listen to your car wash

Listen to leading voices in the car wash industry. Alex from the Rock

Some professionals in the car wash industry consume all the news available, being it via news websites, YouTube or even podcasts. If German is your language, then it might interest you that a car wash professional from Austria will soon start a new podcast, called InsideCarwash. But there is more to the ear.

The new German language podcast will be hosted by Julian Seidl. He has many years of experience in the washing industry and currently works at WashTec. Furthermore, Seidl runs the portals auto-waschen.at and nicecarwash.at.

On his bi-weekly podcast, he will give a birds eye view of the industry. The podcast provides a platform for conversations with leading minds in the industry, including car wash operators, car wash technology manufacturers, sustainability experts and many more”, Seidl says. “These diverse perspectives give listeners a comprehensive insight into the dynamic world of car washing.”

If you don’t speak German, please don’t stop reading. We’ve listed the three most popular English spoken car wash podcasts for you. And we will end with a nice bonus.

Wash Talk

By far the most popular international carwash podcast at the moment is Wash Talk, a weekly show that started in 2020 by the Professional Carwashing & Detailing magazine. The latest additions include streamlining IT for carwashes, real estate investment and how to use two-way radios in your business.

The Cheers To Freedom

Another interesting podcast is hosted by Levi McClenddon and called The Cheers To Freedom. Episodes appear twice a month, tend to be half an hour long and are about a variety of subjects, such as ‘the secrets to retaining top talent in your car wash’, ‘cultivating growth’ and ‘missed marketing opportunities’.

Modern Carwash Podcast

Let’s not forget the Modern Carwash Podcast, which has its base in Albany, New York. There, Hosts Kevin Zalaznik and Shane Groff speak with some of the most innovative minds in the industry. Among them Zac Myers, from Hoffman innovateIT Car Wash Equipment and Anne Mauler, the VP of Marketing for California-based Soapy Joe’s.

Carwash Show Europe

Carwashpro also has its own podcast, which mainly operates during trade fairs like the recent Carwash Show Europe. There, we spoke a.o. to Airjet, Tommy’s Express and Turtle Wax Pro. Here you will find the latest episodes.
